We ask every customer
We initiate the review, not the pro. After every job, we contact the customer directly and ask about the experience. No cherry-picking, no fake reviews, and no relying only on the angriest customers.
A thorough review
A Ranky review isn't just "5 stars, great job." We ask what actually happened: on time? fair price? clean work? did the issue come back? For some jobs, we also follow up later, because a repair that looks good today still has to hold up tomorrow.
One score. One standard.
Every customer rating counts toward the pro's Ranky score. It's based on recent customer feedback, so pros have to keep earning their place. If a pro falls below the quality bar, they're out.
An honest model
Customers: Ranky is free. Your part is simple: after the job, tell us how it went.
Pros: listing is free. You pay only when you get a job through Ranky.
Pros cannot buy a higher rank, sponsor a listing, or pay to hide bad reviews. Ranky only works if the score stays honest.
